You can cancel your plan at any time. But we recommend you cancel the plan after having used the hours of the month.

You can pay with PayPal, or with any credit card. It is not necessary to make manual payments every month. Once the first payment is made, you will be assigned the date of the next payment, which will be made automatically (unless you have requested the cancellation of your plan).
No. You do not have to pay an additional amount to your plan, unless you want to upgrade.
Once a month we will send you an email with the progress made. With each report you will know what we have done and how many hours you have spent on your plan.
Priority support is the support made via live chat or email. Either way we will respond you in 1-8 hours. and we will give you the resolution in 24-48 hours. If the task is complex, and it will take more than 48 hours, we will inform you.
